In addition to its ISO 27001 certified information security management system, Eloquant has chosen to commit to an ISO 27701 certification process with AFNOR to ensure compliance with the European GDPR principles and the protection of personal data entrusted to it.
What is ISO 27701?
The ISO 27701 standard, released in 2019, complements an ISO 27001 certified system by establishing a Privacy Protection Management System (PIMS) that integrates requirements concerning the protection of Personal Data. It is currently the only standard based on the guiding principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
