ISO/IEC 27001


ISO/IEC 27001 is the best-known standard in the family providing requirements for an information security management system (ISMS).
ISO 27001 is recognized internationally for its high standards, and is becoming mandatory in many calls to tender. It guarantees that information security is well managed both organizationally and technically.

Why ISO 27001?

An ISMS is a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information so that it remains secure. It includes people, processes and IT systems by applying a risk management process.

The Eloquant management team has decided that the company’s information security system applies to the Eloquant Contact Center solution, in a production environment, and to any external interactions with the Eloquant infrastructure.

Certification process

Eloquant’s ISO / IEC 27001:2013 certificate was awarded by the BSI Group, a standardization and professional certification organization. Following a pre-audit, the final test was carried out over a full week in our premises. The certificate is valid for three years.

Digitizing Customer Relationships turns customers into data. It is therefore vital to protect and secure the data that you trust as with, as it is a key part of your business.
You have growing expectations in terms of data security, it was therefore important to Eloquant to respond proactively, offering you the guarantee of an information system certified to ISO 27001.
